The Story..

Jen DesRoche is an artist based in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. She’s been creating art since childhood, encouraged by a supportive mother who always made space for creativity, no matter how messy. Jen draws inspiration from the natural world and the quiet beauty of everyday life.

She has been involved in a number of projects in Summerside and Charlottetown, and is currently illustrating Flying High on PEI, a children’s book written by Danielle Metcalfe-Chenail, to be published by Acorn Press in 2026

Creating has always felt natural to Jen. It’s how she expresses the feelings that are hardest to put into words.
